It’s not just that the company is owned by a small group of Canadian investors.
It is also that the industry has faced a shortage of skilled workers.
The number of jobs available has been declining for years.
In 2016, the number of menards workers in Canada fell by nearly 6,000 to 1.4 million.
In Canada, the average age of a manards worker is 45.
The industry’s workers are also often older than their age-groups.
The number of employees is declining because the industry is looking to diversify its workforce, and because of a lack of new product lines and a lack a focus on quality.
The shortage of qualified workers also makes it difficult for the company to attract and retain top-notch workers.
“We’ve got to keep that eye on quality,” says Chris Loepp, the head of the Canadian Association of Metalworkers, a trade group that represents about 300,000 menards welders.
“If you’re going to build a company, you have to be able to keep a staff of quality workers.”
A look at the menands steel plate manufacturing industryIn 2015, a team of Canadian researchers, led by Loeffers team, found that more than half of the menarded steel plates manufactured in Canada were made with substandard materials.
The study, which was conducted by the University of Toronto’s Industrial Design Research Centre, looked at the manufacturing practices of more than 1,000 companies, including about 80 menards.
The researchers analyzed information from a variety of sources, including government documents, trade publications, industry reports, company websites, and a review of documents from the company’s annual reports.
They found that menards were often using inferior materials and had substandard equipment, such as welders’ and metal workers’ tools.
The report found that the menARDS steel plates used in Canada had a high percentage of defective welds and substandard steel plate assemblies.
It also found that nearly half of all the welds were improperly installed.
The menARDS report found a variety a ways that could be improved, including more stringent quality standards, stricter safety requirements, and the hiring of more skilled workers to handle the welding.
But the problem is that these improvements have not been implemented, and have not made a dent in the industry’s decline.
The group says the problem isn’t limited to the manufacturing sector.
They also found in 2016 that menARDS’ welding program was ranked second-lowest in the country, behind only the United States.
The Canadian Institute for Sustainable Industries, an organization that represents more than 40,000 metalworkers, has said that the problem with the menARD welding program is not just manufacturing but also the way the industry conducts business.
“The industry has failed to understand the value of training and education in order to develop the right skills for the job,” the institute said in a statement.
The institute has called for the government to create a national program to train welders in a more efficient way.
The government’s efforts to improve the menAND welding program have so far been unsuccessful.
According to Loeffe, it is difficult to train a manARDS welding program in the first place because the government has not given the company enough training.
The federal government also needs to do more to help the industry diversify, he said.
“You have to have a real strategy,” Loeffer said.
“You have got to have that plan for the future.”
